They only poll likely voters. Does it really make any sense to poll ineligibles or that didn't vote in the last election and won't vote in the next? In 2012 only about 53% of eligible voters turned out. In 2008 it was 62.3% and 49% in 1996. What is your point? Because they had no one to vote for. Good Poll but there is Not enough information here to really say what punishment fits the crime should be, the first 3 choices seem to be extreme for a bag of weed.. maybe a 30 day rehab (No No No). A CNN/ORC random sampling from 7/01/2015 shows exactly what I said and uses similar demographics. Less than half of Americans (47%) with a high-school diploma or less say they have purchased a state lottery ticket And a political survey will show a percentage of voters with a high school diploma voting for one
