Pennsylvania $500 frenzy
Nice win. Thats why I always like the last 5 or so on a $5 roll. I always seem to see something decent and I am only spending $25. I was able to have a family member taking me grocery shopping. I got one in the machine and the guy behind me said he hit $500 on it and also $1k twice on those $ ticket. He must be a big spender, but told me ne never plays the $20's.. Food for thought

7-11 by my house.
When buying a lottery, I avoid human interaction as much as possible. I almost always buy tickets from a self service machine especially if the clerk has an attitude. Unfortunately, there is no self service machine that can take a winning ticket and spit out the cash for you. 7-11 is problematic. Most off the problems I have is with 7-11.

Take5 NY
Keep plugging away. A FP is better than nuthin, and that's exactly what I had last nite. NUTHIN! Not even one number on my ticket, and I played 5 lines. No number from 36 to 39 since May 27th. That's gotta break soon. I keep playing the high thirties on all my lines, but they just arent popping out of the machine. Good luck. G5

Woman who let Powerball winner go ahead of her has no regrets
Not with me, are they rude. I'm 71 years old and don't mind telling them to go to the rear. We have a couple of old timers that call there off there numbers instead of filling out play slips. Then they make a mistake and the clerk has to re-enter the numbers. There's a sign above the machine. I don't mind pointing it out. Whenever I see Powerball tickets beneath the glass top, where the clerks put them, when some idiot makes a mistake and don't want them. I always ask the clerk, why didn't you t

Record Powerball jackpot won by 1 ticket
UPDATE: winning ticket was sold at Publix supermarket in Zephyrhills. The store is located 7838 Gall Blvd Zephyrhills, FL 33541-4302 Since it's a supermarket, I bet it's a self service machine.

Does anyone use the lottery machines to check if you have winning tickets?
1:01 am Mega Millions: There was no jackpot winner in the Tuesday, April 16, 2013 Mega Millions drawing, but 6 lucky players matched the first 5 numbers for a $250,000 prize: 1 from California, 1 from Maryland, 2 from Ohio, and 2 from Rhode Island. No need for a lottery machine to check your ticket to see if you won the Top prize, LP does it for you.... and you did'nt win it all.

Or the ticket might be left in someone's pocket and then destroyed by a washing machine What a tragedy!

N.J. man claims $338 million Powerball jackpot
can't resist chiming in. so you want to rely on that (let's call him patel) cashier behind the counter to make your quick pic for you. yes, it's the millesecond that he decides when to press the button that determines your numbers. he may be swatting a fly the second after you ask for a quic pic which change your numbers. maybe from a loser to winner or vice versa. incidentally how did that dominican ask for a quic pic if he can't speak english? the machine only prints the ticket. it's when it's

Post your scratch ticket results
Ive been in a depressed state the last few days, and for good reason. I have shared tales before of one of the ticket hawks here. Who would hang around the store for hours, then buy a group of tickets and rush to his truck to scratch em off. If he lost he would run back in and frantically shove $20s into the machine and nearly empty it out. Well 2 days ago he hit a million bucks at the store i most frequently play at. found out today. hasnt claimed it yet for legal reasons but yeah being so clos
