Of course people just want to win . If there was a utility that would output numbers that just win , then it would not be called a RNG. It would be a system. I won't just let the topic drop because I will not concede something that is totally wrong. Like saying that a RNG (even a bad RNG) is a system or that there are somehow different definitions of what a RNG is or what it attempts to do. People shouldn't use a psuedo-RNG on a website because it's the same bad RNG that a lottery terminal
