Texas Pretest ?Question
I have complained about the pretest until I'm blue . I try to check on the pre test dtaw before each draw. Sometimes they relate to the actual draws sometimes not . I agree with MS Pennie, usually one of our prediction come out in the pre test. So if I were goig to play a set strong it is an advantage to know that it would be a waste of money. I have protested the pre-test draws since 2000.In my opinon it is cheating us. We do rundown and systems on the last number drawn and unless there is a tr

a new 3-digit workout for all states
Hello,New member here, just signed up today. I have been lurking this site for about 2 months now and last night ran across destinys theory. I live in Wisconsin, from what I read this a computerized state, ( I dont get the arguments against the computerized draws, I would think that it would be more possible to break a computerized RNG then the randomnization of ping pong balls, seen a show on Discovery channel not to long ago where a guy actually did just that on a casino Keno game, of cours

Numbers/ The History channel
I'v seen that program before and you are correct but i think vagas keno odds are better than most state lottery. If he was able to break the code that they use then i guess it could be easy to pick certain numbers. I wrote somthing about this in the keno thread a few days ago.here's my take on this I think if i could find a top notch programer and aim a camera at the keno screen have the program running with the camera capturing all the numbers in the program say for 3 straight days a programer

Texas + Indiana Lottery Commissions
This is me hoping that members from either of these commissions stumble across this.Lets start with Indiana:Okay, your pick 3 and pick 4 games are rigged. We all know it, and we are not paranoid, i dont think there is one other rigged lottery in the US from what i've seen. But by your payouts you guys should be ashamed. The odds are on your side, so why go right out and cheat for more money. I hope you guys stop getting players. It is our job to put you crooks out of business.Anyone from indiana

Lottery petition attacks computerized drawings
This is similar to electronic voting machines fraud. Theoretically both lotteries and electronic voting can be done in a solid way to prdvent fraud, hacking and other unfair criminal activities, but in both cases the stakes are so high for those wanting power and money that you have to assume if there is a flaw or weakness or programmer's backdoor that can be exploited to tip the scales it will be done and the public will be screwed. Those who program the computers really don't have a strong in

Who is a doubles player? Double Dancers
I tend to like doubles at certain times but I don't think I track them in the best possible ways to really use them to the best advantage. The best that I can make out doubles people play a lot more numbers ......when they do play. I guess they have to make hay while the Sun shines. LOL Last week Ga. Midday was going to get a double. I looked over the last several doubles and found what I think was a great opportunity to cut down on the amount of plays. Here's what I saw. 44 9 00 3

Breaking Vegas!!
Quote: Originally posted by keystonechas on May 11, 2004I don't believe the TV program was based on a book. There are lots of books around on card counting. The MIT team on the show won a little over $888,000. After the first team disbanded the Russian member setup a second team who took the casinos for a few million dollars. They mentioned there is now a third team in training.Card counting is not cheating, but the casinos will throw your butt out and place your name on a international blacklis

Scratch-Off Games
Actually bingo, keno, crossword, and a few others are all pretty similar in play. Match a group of numbers, letters, or symbols, to another groop. I really like those becasue they take a while to play, and for the extra cost ($2 to $5 ) per ticket, I want to get my money's worth of playing time. There are also similar games (like Battleship and Fortune hunter) where like the bingo caller numbers, rub the squares, and get co-ordinates. (like spread sheet cells) . Match to the play area grid
