Kansas Cash 3 Drawings
The odds are 1 in 1000^3, which equals 1,000,000,000 (One in a Billion) for that particular combination to be drawn three times in a row. However, if you were to consider all of the possible outcomes for three consecutive games, then there would be exactly 1,000,000,000 possibilities with 1000 of those being every straight Pick 3 number being drawn three times in a row.The overall probabiliity to see the actual event of the same Pick 3 number being drawn for three games in a row would be: 1000^3

hoosier lottery poll
Inasmuch as I believe that computerized gambling via online casinos is rigged, I find it hard to believe that a government sponsored event such as the lottery would be rigged. The simple mathematics will win them money in the long run, and if they are found to be scamming their residents, it's just a matter of time before the residents quit playing, therefore costing the state a ton of revenue. What will they do then? The only way to solve that problem or perhaps preventing that problem would be

Is this Illegal?
It is illegal and it doesn't matter whether it is before or after the drawing! Here is 18 USC 1302 concerning mailing material concerning a lottery:Whoever knowingly deposits in the mail, or sends or delivers by mail:Any letter, package, postal card, or circular concerning any lottery, gift enterprise, or similar scheme offering prizes dependent in whole or in part upon lot or chance;Any lottery ticket or part thereof, or paper, certificate, or instrument purporting to be or to represent a ticket

Anyone up to it?
LANTERN: I have my doubts that ball-machine draws can be synched at all. I think better luck with pick3/4 ball draws could be found in the multitude of filters you use than trying to use a PRNG to predict a random event. My goal is to go after the computer draws, PA Mid-day 3 and 4 are picked by computer... If I can't get it to spit out ONE winning number, then the experiment failed. I can't get more realistic than that ;-)if it doesn't work in excel (with vba), then I can try to find their sour

Powerball Winner Found Dead
Death however profound is usually an untimely event. Regardless of your worth, personal gain or faults. Many could have lived longer. Hence the term if I knew I would have lived this long I would have taken better care of myself. People are born to die this is a fact of life. Winning a major jackpot should for all intensive purposes provide the winners with the ability to pay for any type medical care. If anything wealthy people could and should live longer providing they don't come in harms way

2 of 3 (8 Magic # system) - Sad Reality
There are odds for every possible event in the game. It cannot be denied that when you have a three different digit number on your ticket with two of the winning digits, there are only 8 other possible digits to complete the number. Therefore your odds of this ticket winning when all different digits are drawn is 1 in 8. The idea is to wait until all different digits are due. You don't have to play in every draw you know. I never expect a generic set of 2in8 to do well because it isn't conn
