Covering Designs - MM and PB
This is a mathematical covering design (or lottery wheel) that reduces the total number pool of Powerball/Mega Millions into just 350 combinations of 12-number sets . This specific optimization guarantees a 100% catch-rate for a 3-match and a 50% probability of hitting a 4-match , significantly lowering the cost while maintaining high efficiency.

is it luckier to buy tickets on the rich side of town?
Brock Lee, This one might make people 'luckier', not blocking others from getting to a lottery machine because you put money in it and are using the front of the machine to scratch the instant ticket you bought.

is it luckier to buy tickets on the rich side of town?
somebody said they win more when the buy lottery tickets in an upscale neighborhood rather than their own. do richer neighborhoods have a luckier vibe? if you think no, do you think some other habits are luckier than others?

Well, even though they took away one hit, you still got one for $635. That's over $600 so I guess you'll have to go to Lottery HQ and do the tax thing.
