Question to people who play Ohio Lottery?
On 7/2/08 it was $24.6 mill not sure if thats the record or not but I would say it is worth playing.

Pre-test draw results, Do we Have the right to know what they were?
I think pretest results should be public, but most states probably figure publishing a daily report of them is just extra work that doesn't improve their bottom line. Some states are even changing to computers simulated drawings claiming live drawings are too expensive.
I record the official drawings of the games I play, but even if the pretest results were a available I wouldn't record them because I only check my tickets with that drawings that count and they are a good sampling of the rand

Maryland lottery sales exceed $1.6 billion
The Maryland Lottery said it has achieved its 11th straight year of record sales, topping $1.673 billion and surpassing state estimates for the fiscal year.
The lottery also exceeded its revenue target, raising $529 million in total revenue for the State of Maryland for Fiscal Year 2008.
