Circle K asks judge to delay expiration date for $12.8 million Arizona Lottery jackpot amid dispute
* Here's a question: Why did Robert change out of the company uniform go back in to purchase the ticket unless he knew what he was doing was against company policy? * As an example: If you driving a red getaway car in a bank heist do you ditch the red car for another color or not? What was your purpose in switching cars to evade arrest or you simply thought another color would be a good idea?

His first arrest came just a day later in Florida for battery and resisting after a resort fight, which he recently pleaded guilty to. Former Mississippi Lottery VP sentenced to 20 years after pleading guilty to embezzlement
She wont even do five years. It's very easy to have good behavior while doing your sentence under house arrest. They'll shave off a few years of her sentence for that. She'll do maybe two and a half to three years total time. Non violent first offender is why they took 15 years off her sentence to begin with. G5

Had seen a special on casinos banning certain customers, particularly Blackjack cheaters. My question is: Can the DC lottery ban this fool from playing again? Never heard of that, but there's a first time for every thing.

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
Qualified immunity or not, do you really believe police would arrest someone for selling drugs just because they had a stack of $20s and were buying $400 worth of Cash-3 lotto tickets ? And the cops can't even detain people without reasonable articulable suspicion, can't legally search the person without a warrant, and the person does has the Right to remain silent. I'm pretty sure Brock Lee said it best, it is fun to pretend to believe it .

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
??? But it was your money. I find it hard to believe police arrested you for a stack of 20's. You had a very poor attorney to only get an apology. Sorry it happened to you but something does seem off about your story. The arrest alone showed poor judgment on behalf of the police as well. If it has been less than a year, I would consult another attorney. The fact that you are still asking if there is a monetary limit for playing the lottery, tells me you are not clear on issues. And yes, a store
