Of course you can, Pac. People from all over the world buy Florida lottery tickets. A couple on vacation from Germany once hit the Lotto. The only rule is that you purchase them while you are in the state, but you can always claim them no matter where you are from.

hmmm me too. I was stationed in Hanau, Germany from 1988-92 I watched the draw on German tv every Wed. Sat. hoping to be able to get out of the Army earlier with each draw.

i was in germany for business and i wanted to play that lottery. no one could explain to me how to play it in english. i used to watch the drawings on tv on the weekends there. i couldn't understand a word they were saying. lol.

I'm new to this forum but have played on a lot of different online lottery sites since I'm based in Germany and it's hard to get to a USA lottery agent! Difficult to say if one site is legit and another is not. They do seem to come and go, best bet (slight pun intended) is to ask the service a bunch of questions and decide if the answers are credible.

I dreamed I received a gift. It was a gift box that contained several cups and also candy shaped like animals. I offered some of the candy to a lady sitting beside me and I was a little irritated that she chose the largest piece. It seems that I was in Germany. I haven't been there in over 20 years.

Thanks for the info on those live webcams fella's. It got me looking and I found that live webcam in Hamburg Germany. There are others in Germany that are also actual Real Casino's under Gov. control security. It gives me a lot more confidence with a live Webcam working ...... but.... I also really like the idea of it being with a Real Live Casino with a Gov. official overlooking the operation as well. Nice These are old established Casino's with reputations to uphold....not to mention
