Undercover officers catch store clerks keeping winning lottery tickets
Includes video report
A man walks into a convenience store and asks the clerk to check his lottery tickets. Can you scan these and see if there are any winners? he asks. The clerk scans the first ticket and freezes, staring at the screen that shows it's a $1,000 winner. The clerk shakes his head, puts the ticket to the side and tells the customer, There's nothing on them.
What the clerk doesn't know is that the customer is an undercover officer wearing a hidden camera, which captures the

Colorado Lottery investigates 21-time prize winner
Is it unfair to investigate a player just because he plays a lot?
The Colorado Lottery launched an investigation into a repeat winner and his self-described system for winning the Cash Five jackpot again and again.
The real reason Tadeusz Krupa wins so often may have nothing to do with luck, skill or cheating. He may just play... a lot.
Krupa splits his time between two modest homes. One houses his ex-wife and children in Brighton. The other is also the office for T D Polish Imports Exp

Cheating scratch-offs
When you buy scratch-off tickets, an average of 1 out of every 4 tickets is a winner. That is just total odds though, so sometimes you can buy 4 tickets and get 2 winners or even 3 winners. I tested it with hundreds of dollars once and I never, ever, ever scatched more than 6 tickets no matter if they were 1 dollar or 2 dollars or 5 or 10 dollars tickets without getting a winner. not once.
If you buy 5 different tickets, you are mathematically decreasing your odds of winning. At least if yo

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
An individual who can beat a game like pick 3, statistically beyond just being lucky, is engaging in fraud. That's not a system (since all systems are worthless), that's a crime. That someone is putting weighted balls in the machine or uploading a program for the RNG to choose numbers of their choosing (Eddie Tipton).
Without cheating, pick 3 is not beatable. The rolling jackpot games are beatable if the jackpot gets large enough and one has the resources to buy all the combinations.

Arizona Lottery bans Fast Play bulk ticket purchases
Total BS.....open and transparency. Total scam. Drawings are at 7pm yet they don't release results till close to 8pm or later. Switching to a computer random generator has allowed them to scam the player. I truly believe they are using the system to pick the least pick numbers to ensure the house wins. They claim all the nu5are in the system but certain numbers haven't been drawn in years. They have multiple repeating numbers mainly doubles for pick3 drawings along with currently no triple drawn

Michigan man wins $6 million prize after playing the lottery for 40 years
Okay, I see what you mean. Since no one knows what the next ticket in the roll is going to win, from the perspective of the player, it's still a fair game like a ball drawing. Scratch-offs are not for everyone, but it's not rigged like the naysayers claim.
While it's easy to think that in order to win, you have to go to the right store at the right time, this is 20/20 hindsight. If you won , then you went to the right store at the right time. You can't know that in advance, so just play it a

Michigan lottery online games predetermined ripoff!!
They say the odds are 1in4
About the same overall odds of winning something as the scratchers we can buy at stores and from vending machines. Add that to the percentage they keep, it's easy to see why only a very few players can actually win a substantial prize. Found a substantial list of the Michigan Lottery's instant games and many of the games with six figure payoffs start at 10 cents. It takes 1 million dimes just to get a $100,000 top prize and the lottery probably takes around 40% of
