With all the time you spend posting one liners on LP, where do you get the time to make specific plans for spending your imaginary jackpot winnings ? I'd take a poll on how many members are interested in Noise's plans if it wasn't as useless as this redundant topic.

you still haven't addressed the fact that JKING wanted us to BELIEVE that a lottery official intimated something regarding Winning Systems. The payoffs for matching 5 + 0 in all MM states except California is $250,000. Cali just joined PB and the PB 5 + 0 payoff in the other states is $1 million. Because Cali payoffs are pari-mutual, in some drawings matching five numbers will pay considerably less. If there are no winners, the prize rolls to the next drawing and if there is only one winner

My conjecture is that IF in fact you actually did get a response from a CA official challenging your critique of their parimutuel rules, it probably read something like this...
