Yes, I've had my eye on the new (not yet released) $20 ticket that comes on on March 3rd 2015. It's a 100X the Cash ticket that will cost $20. I've seen flyers posted on the Lottery Machines advertising this new ticket that will most likely come out on Tuesday with the other new tickets for March. Since these will be NEW release tickets, there's a good chance there will be some nice wins in the first wave of tickets that hit the stores...

That's how it works here as well. Names are subject to open records. For me that's enough, as long as it isn't just out there on every major news publication. Also, on the topic of trusts, at least in Texas you can sign the ticket in your name, and then show up at the lottery offices with the trustee and sign a form that would transfer ownership to them. I'm thinking that probably IS the minimum publicity. They're going to release your name and where you won it, but I did a quick check online and didn't see any photos of her, at least not from any lottery sites or online Texas newspaper websites that had the story. I did see Scary Chick's profile pic when I did the image search which means Google indexes this site often.
