What you fail too realise is that NO one cares what you or the NH state lottery has too say about Steve Player Inc. players that buy his stuff do so for a reason either they won money using them or got ideas from them too create there own strategies.Anyone that plays the lottery is GAMBLING and know they won't make a profit,know they will spend more money then they will win (that is when or if they win)and know they can't beat the lottery games.But as long as you play winning is possible no matt

If you go to 'his' (I'm still not comvinced he's a real person, rather a think-tank / publishing house) website there are quite a few systems listed for every game. If any one of them actually did work, what would be the need for the others? The lowest priced ones are at the top of each list and the prices increase from there. I think this $747.50 for the IL Little Lotto is nothing but a marketing test to see if people will fork over that kind of money for words on paper.

Audit finds 'ticket cashers' remain problem for Mass LotteryReply
I really don't know how to feel about this. The winner of the ticket gets their money that's due and the lottery still gets to take out their chunk of change to go towards their charity (usually education). It doesn't seem to really hurt any part of the lottery, just the main government, which really is just being greedy and reaching into your pocket (and I say that because of the other countries whose governments don't tax the winnings). I guess there's some good and bad feeling
