Well, it's nice the SM promotion was extended, but once again, despite the promotion, there was no million dollar winner last Monday night. The lottery commission here runs RNG Keno draws every 5 minutes. It's just prime for someone with a lot of computers and a lot of storage to database several RC-4 runs and see if the sequences are matching any of them. You can probably assume it's just the Microsoft CryptGenRandom() call with a straight modulus add 1 operation. Might take months before one matches your pre-generated runs but then you can have your computers SMS you with some likely numbers to come up in the next couple of hours

So he's playing 10 cards for $100 each time? Why mail the losing scratch-offs instead of submitting them online? Does that increase your chances? Most times I wheel numbers I end up with a set that's had a 4 of 5 win at some point. Then I think about the odds of those numbers coming in again, get discouraged and end buying a qp.

can all of you be so kind and please give me your opinion about the below image? I have been creating a spreadsheet using several metrics to try and increase my odds of hitting numbers. Below is an image of one of those metrics that will eventually tie into other data sets. Can you tell me which of the two images below is easier to read?
