You make a valid point with the pre-tests being a major PITA but maybe competition could straighten that out too over time. Maybe some state will have the cojones to make a bold move to increase sales by cutting out pretests. It's amazing what competition can do when it's unleashed and there's money to be made.

Lottery program needed HELP!!
Hello everyone, I need your help. My computer crashed the other day and I am looking for a pick 3 excel spreadsheet that I had gotten off of someone on this site. It was a great program that would take the last 250 pick 3 drawings and put each pick in the drawing with the vtrac numbers for each along with the increase or decrease of each vtrac number from the previous draw. Thanks increase. Much success with you as well. I boght a QP P3 with the number 163. Have a feeling I should have played it for 2 days coz the last P3 I had 162 came out and I had played all 6-ways on the playslip. Had I played I would have won $240.
