Excel 2003 help? Keno number organization.
All great help guys. CARBOB nailed the problem I've been having. Though I have found some alternatives for my chart which work fine for now, this is still very helpful. And yes, there will probably lots of trial and error, but I think I can get it.

stack overflow
It was around that time that I complained a lot to the ad company, and hopefully they fixed it. Anyone seeing that error should clear their browser cache to be sure it is not some OLD web code causing the issue. It could also be the person's ISP (for example, AOL) that is delivering old content -- a common trick for big ISPs that try to make it appear as if they are very fast, when in reality they are merely serving up old content.

Clerk's error makes N.J. man a $100,000 winner
A Bridgeton, New Jersey, resident has a store clerk's error to thank for his purchase of a scratch-off lottery ticket worth $100,000. Indian Fields Market sold the winning Aces High scratch-off lottery ticket Monday night, store owner Domenic Galle said. The guy really didn't ask for that ticket, Galle said. The clerk gave him that ticket by mistake. He asked for Deuces Wild. The clerk realized her mistake after the customer left the store. She said, 'I gave the man the wrong tick

Maybe this is better than Scratchoffs: Is only a theory...
It doesnt have to be: $150 dollar that you got to bet it can be: $300 dollars that you can bet, BUT if is $300 that you got to bet everything that happens on the 6th year will happen on the 12th year, meaning you will have to wait: 12 years for the odds to be: 1 in 2 of winning a: $50,000...But again...YOU CAN NOT MISS...THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ERROR...Again i've never heard of an LP member having $300 everyday for 10 days to play pick3 and not miss in any of those 10 days...very tricky...

Arkansas woman tries to cash in fake lottery ticket, arrested
1. They used to do that at Bingo (cut and paste) which is why now they just use the serial # in the free space to check against a database when someone wins. The only problem being you don't have time to take a sip of coffee before the next game starts. 2. Maybe the ticket came out like that from the machine? Like the Blue Moon ticket in NY? 3. Someday she can take boxing lessons from Elicia Battle. 4. What happens though, like another case in NY, the ticket is misprinted so it looks li

A 3-digit workout for all States
dharper, in your second posting your error is made right after 700. That is why I am asking you to carefully go through the #s you will see where you are going wrong in subtracting 1. You will not learn to subtract one if you are shown the answer every time.

dharper, please check your -1 very very closely because you are still making an error. You must complete the first step correctly before you can continue to step 2.

POLL: Playslips
In NY many location do not carry the slips for daily numbers and folks are too lazy to bother filling them out for the daily numbers. Lotto, mega, pick10 and take5 yes they fill the slips no problem. When I hand my slips to the clerk they are usually surprised and very pleased because it cuts down on time and eliminates error. They look at the slips like whoa !!!!!
