Thanks Increase... Ive been testing those pairs across the many states to see how affective they can be and after Ive assimilated more data then I can fine tune the list a little more...I'm also running tests with a hypergeometric distribution formula to see if I can more accurately pull that third digit...it may take me a few more months though.. Good Luck ..

Are we fooled to believe that there's a system?
You will know if you are getting close by an increase in winnings or mysterious mechanical failures occurring each time you play :) Mechanical failures seldom happen, if you're only playing when there's a mechanical failure then you are seldom playing. I will post here if I discover something new :). I assume by that statement that somethings have already been discovered. Do you have a list of the old discoveries?

Tennessee: 2/1 - 2/28/2010
Those pairs were designed for North Carolina...I can re-arrange them to fit Tennessee's pick 3 if you wish... I'm using them to get a universal understanding of how pairs work accross many states and then perhaps I can refine the list.... Lets say for example that you have back to back even pairs that have hit...try playing the odd pairs the next time around, this method will increase your hit ratio.. I assure you the accuracy is correct at 100% for the collective group as far as unmatch

New York: 2/1 - 2/28/2010
Thanks NY!! Those pairs that I have listed are for everyone to use to increase thier chances of winning.. Here is how it works: there are basically 10 even and 10 odd pairs and those 20 pairs will have ALL unmatched combinations covered....there is really no reason to configure pairs in any other way.. Lets say for example you want to play the due pair whether it be odd or even....just pull those given select pairs from the list...this method is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier..

Columnist proposes lottery for new Vikings stadium
I've always considered this whole scenario a form of extortion. Build me a new stadium or I'm going where somebody else will. What would they do if nobody built a stadium for them? They'd stay where they are and build it themselves, that's what they'd do. And that's the way it should be. But since that's not the way it is, I think a lottery would be the next best thing for those who want to bribe the team to stay. At least you're not forcing people who don't want to pay the bribe to pay i
