The most I have ever spent on a single draw was in March of this year when Mega Millions hit its record jackpot...I spent a total of $54...spread out from Saturday after that last rollover to Tuesday...funny thing is that I did win some money...off of the initial $2 I spent on own picks...guess I could have saved $52 in the process, but of course, I like everyone else got caught up in the record jackpot hype! Hey Ed, think you could spare me fifty-two dollars?! Just kidding!

Last year, Powerball was hit only 10 times, while Mega Millions was hit a record 15 times. In 2005, Powerball was hit a record 14 times, while Mega Millions was hit only 9 times.
