Colorado man who unwittingly split a $4.8M jackpot with scammer is fighting the Colorado Lottery
We only make bets on future drawings. Hello, McFly? Betting on a future drawing is exactly what Amir did when he bought the QP that happened to have the numbers that won as a result of Tipton rigging the game. Amir bet on that future drawing by buying a ticket that had an extremely small chance of winning and had the game been random, as it was supposed to be, he almost certainly would have lost. Instead of getting a random result Tipton's manipulation eliminated the vast majority of possib

Lottery-scamming brothers avoid asset seizures by transferring property to their mother
It's not directly related, but I've wondered if what a lot of us have been doing on here for decades wouldn't be illegal if we were successful and if the lottery authorities knew. Systems to win against casinos on a blackjack table are definitely illegal to use in some states and will get you banned from casinos everywhere if you get caught using them. They call it 'cheating' if you figure out a way to improve your odds against the house. But the Lottery Systems forum, the Math Forum, even

Ex boyfriend dream...again
Cheating, lack of intimacy, broken trust: Numbers/patterns to avoid: triples doubles consecutive numbers, e.g., 12, 23, 34, etc Numbers/patterns to play: mix evens and odds 5, 3, and/or 8 mix high and low numbers

Back to the subject what about the guy a few months ago who had three winners on the SAME night? I doubt if the lottery knew of this, they would let him win(?) Maybe I'm wrong on that but I do agree, if a SECOND pre-draw came up 5 10 15 20 25 30, they would not allow it (lol). My BIGGEST concern, as I stated, they have a set of numbers, do a search if there are any winners....none? and those are the numbers for the night. I highly feel they might be doing this. With the LIVE, viewable

Why the fervor over a winner being a quick pick or self pick?
I can understand being wary of a lottery that spends 30 minutes between the drawing and the announcement of said drawing's results. However, consider this... the lottery, while very profitable for the state, is not like a normal profit-seeking corporation. The employees do not receive a bonus based on last year's/last quarter's profits. They just get a salary. There is no incentive for them to cheat, because 100% of the additional profits from cheating goes directly into the state treasury.

FL Lottery rigged (from ex-lotto official?)
You ask at the end of your story, What do you think of that? I'll tell you what I think: If you believe the lottery is cheating, then you either go to the police or you retract your statement. Nobody has any idea who you are or if you are telling the truth about anything, including working at the Florida Lottery. I have seen countless people over the years come on here and spin tales about the lottery being rigged. Obviously, most of the time it is just someone who doesn't win very often

Hoosier Lottery often pulls plug on high-dollar scratch-off games before all prizes can be won
Ok, hold on! I did not say that I play the scratchers regularly or would ever continue to play the scratchers. I said I rarely play the scratchers . I buy one on my birthday every year and that is it. I am a Powerball and Mega player and I don't play any other games. I think it is terrible that they are cheating people and I am very happy that I don't spend my money to give to the Hoosier Lottery. This article is the first I even heard of it. To be honest I didn't even know that a group that

Odds for this setup 1 in 100 Odds of winning a pick-5 of 39 = 1 in 575757. Odds of winning playing 11 lines, 1 in 52,341. Wrong maths mate. 1 in 52,341 is correct only in 1 in 100 cases, the odds of the setup you said. Your maths gives odds of 1/52,341*100, some like 1 in 5,234,100. You sort of cheating yourself. Correctly if you play 11 random combos the odds are 1 in 52,341. Your rng is a little better than the qps if it doesnt repeat the most reacent draws. If you play any 11 sets in

Illinois Lottery awards management contract to Camelot
If U.K. Sandwellmobiles Youtube scratch card videos are any indication, Illinois players will likely do better to travel out of state for instant tickets too. A look at the prize odds for various Instant games, such as U.K. National Lottery 1 Pound Fast 50 is depressing: 1 in ~1895 of winning 50 Pounds, which is the top prize. In contrast, Pennsylvania Lottery $2 50 Buck$ odds is 1 in 60 to win $50. Roughly 31 times easier! Plus, the PA version features higher prizes too, including $100, $500
