Confidence
I have come to believe that when I hit it will be with my Pool friends.. I have pool 17 in the works now.. Will start Pool 18 tomorrow..
Each person putting in 1 dollar to make it stretch 10 draws, makes playing for 10cents a draw... The pools are made up of different people... I have had to form a book to keep up with it all...
Special charts are being made now to narrow down the numbers... Some you just don't want to include in your picks... Those are most likely seen on quick picks an

I am using a pencil paper and chart for lotto 5 and pb...
I have over 20 pools I have created. I keep a receipt book and each receipt indicates the pool people are in. It has their name and address/phone number on my duplicate sheet, so I can contact them if new numbers are added. (Example, Pool 1 hit the powerball number 3 times.. and the monies went back in to buy Pool1A Pool2B and Pool1C tickets..
Tonight I completed another pool in fifteen minutes while visiting the store. Ev

wheeling system for 15 numbers
Greetings everyone,
I've gotten about 15 hours into a code project that generates all possible combinations of 5 from a pool of user-defined 15 numbers using ASP.NET and a SQL Server 2005 Database. I'm very close to where the only missing piece is the criteria or formula that defines/returns the sub-set with the minimum numbers of records needed to guarantee a win if the 3 or 4 are from a user's pool of 15. Does someone have that info; it would be greatly appreciated.

Restaurant workers split $4 million lottery jackpot
Theres nothing wrong with sharing. Now you tell me whats wrong with wanting to win without sharing.
If only one of the people in the pool bought that ticket he/she would have been the only winner.Saying that most likely his ticket would have been a losing ticket is pretzel logic. The ticket was purchased and it won,no matter how many were in the pool,a hundred or a thousand or only one, that particular ticket won.The ticket didn't know that the purchaser was in a pool.
Sure,I'd be happy if

Office lottery pool wins $61.5M Powerball jackpot
I agree, although you don't know if that's the reason she didn't participate. Some people just don't believe in buying lottery tickets because it's a form of gambling or maybe she felt it was against her religious convictions. Also many people don't want to get involved in an office pool, although it only increases your chance of winning something, in my opinion.
A company pool here in Naples last week won a nice size jackpot. It was $52M but 4 players hit it, so they got 1/4 of the $52M.

In the ongoing quick picks discussions...
Most of those who play their own numbers DO NOT pick their own numbers according to a SOUND system or method based on the game's statistics, that is based on the statistics of the numbers and their patterns.
That means that most people who play their own numbers ARE NOT increasing their chances of winning, their own numbers are just as good as quick picks and have just about the same chance of winning.
On a jackpot kind of game the odds againt the players are just too high for even good

Cheese factory workers win lottery again
My mistake. Now it's even clearer why they wanted to legally split it.
Before I retired the factory pool I was in won second prize three times and no one in the pool wanted to cash the ticket and be responsible for the extra taxes since the state never took out enough money.
We all decided the the pool members with kids in college and no job could pick one of them to cash it in, we paid he/she a fee and since their tax bracket was lower, they would also get a refund when they filed their

But all of that is just introduction. My real reason for finally signing up is this: I've started a national online lottery pool for the twelve state MM, and I need advice
An online lottery pool?????? Isn't that illegal in Florida? Hosting something like that makes you a bookie. Pennsylvania is the only state I know that allows one to be a bookie within the state and operate within the lower 48. Nevada allows one to be a bookie but only within Nevada; no out of state sales allowe

What if you won...
The question is a little vague. If it were a case of all of you just got in line and bought your own tickets and you picked your own numbers that would be one thing, but if all of you agreed to pool your money for tickets, that would be another. I run a Powerball and Lotto pool down at my work and if any of the pool tickets win, we all split it.
I also buy my own personal tickets which I keep separate. If my personal tickets win, the money is all mine, after the taxman and my creditors o

What if you won...
If there was an established pool, then of course I would split the jackpot. I think it's always best to put things in writing. However, if I promised some friends I would share my winnings, of course I would never back down on my word. Otherwise, like Lilly said, I would never buy tickets with anyone else. Too many problems could result from that situation. I'm sure it happens all the time however. If I were ever in a pool I would want the tickets to be all quick picks.
In the situati
