Stop staying, 'Lower the odds'. It's the JACKPOT that matters!
I see good points on both sides.
On one side, it is important to have big jackpots for the people who want to see them (not necessarily win them). Under this form, the odds can get too high, though, that only a few people of the planet would win each year. Personally I haven't played these games for more than $40 a year, most years just $20 or even none.
On the other hand, I understand what people mean when bad odds are discussed. The odds are definitely terrible all the way f

Colorado Lottery investigates 21-time prize winner
This doesn't sound like any system to me. He is spending THOUSANDS of dollars playing the game! The odds are so much better in his favor... like throwing horseshoes in a field of pegs .. with thousands of horseshoes being tossed out there, there is a heck of alot more chances to land a win..even if they are 2nd tier prizes. Makes me wonder if the Colorado Lottery will increase their field of numbers.
On a side note, How does he have the patience to hand fill all those tickets ?!?! Is there a

Yes MsWiz.
That was the number Increase had that I ran through the deflate list to compare numbers.
The two pick 4 numbers with interest for mid 3 tomorrow are 2628 9578 ( 26289578) at lease 2 numbers from this list may hit.

Congrats MsWiz and Evo!!!!
Yes Increase, it happens quite often and it may be a good tool to use in comparisons. I have used it before but it was when MsWiz mentioned it , I decieded to keep an eye on it again. just have to find the right pair. Past two mid pick 4 numbers are good for the night draws sometimes.
Here are the past 2 of interest:
41859469.

State Budget Crisis and Lottery Prize
perhaps CA should join the Mega Millions Neighborhood at once, the way FL did
and retire their SLP?
More importantly, in my opinion, would be to increase the payouts of the Pick 3s, 4s, and 5s across the U.S. by at least 30% but ideally more.
Winners ($1000+) are withheld about a fourth or a third anyway as it is, aren't they? It's a shame to owe a lot of tax on the lottery (which is like a voluntary tax in the first place) which has awful odds by the measure of their payout.
