question about tennessee lotto 5 drawings
LOTTO 5 is Tennessee s own computerized game with a jackpot that grows until the jackpot is won. Prize amounts for LOTTO 5 are pari-mutuel, which means prizes are based on sales and all winners share an equal portion of the winnings in each prize category. Just select any five numbers from 1 to 39. If 3, 4 or 5 of those numbers are drawn in any order you win! LOTTO 5 drawings are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:34 p.m. Central Time. That's exactly what it say's! Too bad, seemed like an in

Pick 3 tracking M&E combined or separate
Very good point chuckster. The draws vary depending on if it's computerized or not.PA is computer day but ball at night go figure!!CT they use the same machine for both day and night. Not sure if it's the same machine from the day at night but, I think they rotate the machines. Loook at live drawings video's and replay them. You can find differences in the machines sometimes.I have not fully research all the states but, this makes a big difference. Not only that some states say they rotate the bal

Quickpick or QuickRIP?
QP's vs. Personal SelectionSpeaking for Texas Lottery.......which still has ball drawings. The QP's from the Lottery machines at retail stores are online computer generated. So, therefore there is no connection with the final drawing results, since the final drawing is NOT computerized.Someone wrote above about only a certain amount of numbers being generated and yes, that is true. Happened in Texas this year, I think. Something went wrong and they actually shut down the online machines an

"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
Quote: Originally posted by Todd on November 7, 2005 Everything you say is just great, up until your point about computerized lottery drawings. There is no comparison there.Actually I take back what I said about the birthday problem. That concept defines how many tickets would have to be sold to guarantee two of the draws matched, but not necessarily matching the winning draw. Rigth gist, wrong concept. And to clarify This goes too for people opposed to computerized lotteries. If you're oppose

On a more selfish, though certainly relevant note, I'd like to point out that while these numbers are undeniably impressive, we still have only 2092 signatures on the petition for a federal ban on computerized lottery drawings. That's not even ten percent of LP's membership, and the petition has been posted for a year now.At this rate, by the time we have enough signatures to take the petition to congress (2 1/2 years), most lotteries will have already made the switch, as these invisible cheat m

Not if the public is let in on it. but the lotteries dont care about us anymore. at least wisconsin doesnt, i worked at a gas station during the time that they switched over the drawings. and there WAS NOTHING that told anyone they switched. we didnt even know. in fact i played $5 a day for three months not knowing it was computerized until Nov 1st when The press release was put on LP then i emailed WI LOTTERY and they told me they switched over August 2nd.BUT id like to know about this 9 scanda

computerized drawings
For any lottery player who hasn't sampled computer drawings, go play Free Lotto awhile. Best I've ever gotten has been 3 numbers, but they did send me a check for $1. Or for fun go to BoundaryInstitute.org sign up for free and they have a lottery game you play for instant results to see if you can beat the computer. They also have a fun only twice a week drawing to see who can come closest to the California Super Lotto draws. Both free to test your skills. Georgia already had one compute

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
Quote: Originally posted by Todd on December 27, 2004Justin,I really think you're missing the point. This is not all about you playing at , it is about ensuring that the state lotteries are operating with integrity and conducting proper drawings.Someday you may find that your state lottery has a big scandal on its hands, because of computers being in the mix, which could lead to player erosion, which could lead to higher taxes in your state. The many people who are contributing positively to thi

computerized drawings
nothing is really fair anymore, the big wheels in power will get what they want and do whatever to get it.....i'll quit the lottery if my state ends up computerized, this is crazy....i do think in computerized states that they program the thing to spit out winning numbers that were bet on the least or not at all.........wow just think of the cash windfall that they could get by doing that!!!!! it doesn't take a genius to figure out that some of these computerized states probably are doing it full
