RNG for selected pool of numbers
The player selects only the numbers they want from the full number pool of the game to randomize their combinations.
I think it would be a good addition to the quick pick feature.
Anyone that has IM'd me about this and wants to chime in, feel free.

Did anyone actually fall for it?
glance over at their stats -- what day did they register, and how many posts do they have?
That's internet 101, and everyone should keep it in mind whenever something sounds supsicious. Having the number of posts and the date they joined makes it simple, but if you don't recognize the name and something doesn't smell right, there's that much more reason to be suspicious. It's not unreasonable to just assume that anytime somebody suggests any commercial site that there's an ulterior motive

Damn, I keep putting all the right numbers on the wrong lines...
I'm still experimenting, tonight I reduced the pool for the five numbers and increase the bonus number pool and I matched the bonus ball and had only one of the other balls in my pool so the best I could do was 0+1 in 24 lines. I seem to hit the bonus ball when I give myself a 50/50 chance of hitting it.
I tend to think I can't afford to spend as much as I did when the jackpot isn't a record amount but if I won as much as I played or more most of the time then I probably could afford to pl

would you play in a jackpot pool
My reply would not just be, NO! , but h#*$ NOOOO!!! I just don't think that lottery pools make sense. First, looking down the roster of jackpot winners, it looks like more INDIVIDUALS win than do lottery pools. Second, when you have a winning pool that makes each persons take less than $5M, it makes winning just a really nice experience rather than a life changing experience (those 100 Wisconsin players only pocketed less than a million each...I see why many of them opted to continue working

You buy a 2line ticket to pool with 1 person but they don't pay the $1
I do not pool, it opens up too many legal issues.
If for some strange reason I did pool, it would be with friends, and I will be willing to front them the money on a late payment.
Why would you want to pool and split winnings with someone that you clearly do not like?

System Backtesting
First, a system that works has to be defined. For me that's a system that gives me information about pass drawings so I can pick a reduced pool of numbers with the winning numbers for the next drawing, the smaller that pool, the better. I back test to the point where the current matrix started to see if I can use that information successfully and so far I haven't come up with a pool of numbers small enough that I could even afford to to cover half its possible combinations.

Lotto League
Howdy Folks,I'm new to the board and site, so greetings to all.
I'm trying to organize a lotto-bowling league. It's a unique idea with a lot of possibilities. I'm still negotiating the details with the bowl manager.
I'll tell you how it works and then you can offer any ideas or suggestions that I may not have thought of.
The league will have between 40-60 members. League fees will either be $16 or $20 per week. Most bowling leagues in this area cost $13 to $17 per week. We wi

Alaskan Lottery...
A $300,000 prize in 1917? Are you sure it wasn't 300 lbs of salmon?
Just kidding, Pumpi. Interesting story. I copied this from Wikipedia:
**Residents of Nenana have sponsored a lottery called the Nenana Ice Classic to pick the date and time to the closest minute when the ice covering the nearby Tanana River breaks, thus signalling the start of spring. This lottery began in 1917 when a group of surveyors working for the Alaska Railroad whiled the time they spent waiting for the ri

Oklahoma Cash 5 Number Strategy
In my opinion and experience, during a new lottery start up, the lottery pool is not considered totally mature until all numbers have appeared at least once. With this consideration in mind it is being advised that the (normal) activity of the lottery pool should not be expected until maturity occurs. For additional graphs and information please visit my blog.
The lottery pool appeared in chaotic phase, (for the very first time), emerging in +B mode on Tuesday, 09/19/06. This phase and mode

If you ran a pool...
Buying 100 tickets only proves that you bought 100 tickets, not that you were supposed to buy 100 tickets because there are 100 people in the pool. The only thing that's required to file a lawsuit is properly filled out paperwork and the filing fee.
Since the individual winnings are relatively small, anyone who claims to have been a member can expect to continue working with most of the other members whether a lawsuit is successful or not. The unpleasantness of that prospect should at least
