Georgia lawmakers question lottery bonuses
If memory serves me Ms. DeFrancisco came in at around $110,000 per year plus bonus, not sure if there has been an increase.
On the other hand Paul-Hargrove was raking in in excess of $600,000 per year salary +++ bonuses and was not the performer in any respect whatsoever that Ms. DeFrancisco has been. Yeah, Becca set it up but ran it into the ground due to greed and no imagination.
As stated many times Ms. DeFrancisco has given back to players in the form of second chance drawings several

The Implications of Cracking the Code..
From what I have seen of postings using software info there seems to be that they are programmed in the same direction of thought.
Possibly another variation of programming would increase the odds. The programming needs to be expanded using new ideas to go with the old.
I have a lot of thoughts on it but I am not a programmer.

Off the wall strategies or just wasting time?
5. Does it matter what city you buy the tickets at? For example, if you live in XYZ city and work in QRS city, does it really matter what city the tickets are purchased in? Are some areas more likely to win than others?
I was once told by someone that the larger prizes on the scratcher games are kept in largely populated areas to make a bigger impact on future sales. Large wins in sparsely populated areas do little to increase sales, the very thing the lottery offices want. If there is any

N.M. Lottery signs 7-year contract with Intralot
The New Mexico Lottery today awarded a contract for a new computer gaming system to Georgia-based Intralot, ending a competitive bidding process that started more than two and a half years ago.
Over the life of the seven-year contract, the lottery will pay Intralot a base price of 1.50 percent or $18.2 million on projected total net sales of $1.15 billion. Intralot's base price includes ticket sale and validation terminals for 1,100 lottery retailers statewide as well as related peripher

Last use of the old PB matrix?
I found this statement on the Colorado lottery site:
When did the Powerball matrix change?
The Powerball matrix changed on August 30, 2005. The Multi-State Lottery group (MUSL) that oversees Powerball voted to change the field of numbers from 53 to 55 and to increase the starting jackpot amount to $15 million. This change was adopted by all of the states offering Powerball to its players.

Tenn. players picked up on new odds before lottery revealed glitch
By all means, live productions are more costly. In today's world of cut costs and increase the bottom line, that's what computer draws are all about. It's much more cost effective to operate. No big production facility, cut the crew by 80%, you can even save on the announcing fees. And then there's the cost of maintaining the equipment.
That's why states are switching to computer draws. It costs less initially and long term in equipment and personnel. Auditing and oversight is the one

Quick Picks can't match the power of Self Picks
Self picks vs Quick picks. The numbers are random. Any patterns that you believe you are seeing are a mirage. Quick picks that group in the number range are no worse or better than any other number combination. There is only one place that self picks have an advantage to quick picks, and that is to take advantage of other players' selection anomolies. Specifically, when the pot is large it will draw a lot of players. In these cases the probability of multiple winners begins to increase.

N.J. Lottery's Cash 5 game grows to record $1.8 million
When I won it was up to 38 numbers and no rollover. They later made it 40 numbers but with rollover. It depends on whether the numbers that came out were predictable or popular; other people use systems and if they end up using similar methods and the numbers match there will be many winners, or if a lot of date numbers come out or not. The amount of the rollover increase is a clue to how many tickets were sold. May be same amount of players but now buying multiple tickets. I only wish they ga
