First of all, I usually buy mt tics at the same store. Store is owned by folks from India. But, because I have bought my tics there for years, we have a good relationship. I trust them. I think it's a good thing to develop a relationship with where ever you buy your tics. Second, learn to check your tickets without depending on a clerk at a store. No wonder Indiana Hoosier Lottery has a report grade of a D !! I absolutely hate that draws for games like Cash5 and Quick Draw are computer generated. WHY??? An error? yeah like I'm supposed to believe that line. Everything is fine and dandy when the lottery company cheats it's players, but let a lottery player try cheating the lottery and see where that gets you. Bet they won't allow you to call it a mistake or error and make like nothing ever happened! The Horsesho e Casino in Cleveland tried pulling that crap with me and denying me my $25000 when they told me it was a mistake and that the machines can not produce more than a 5000 win.

That was a sign to play but it's such an ugly number lol.....maybe it's time for 7999 in p4 That might be one of the cheating low payout numbers no one would play, like jojo says, crappy stuff to make up for losses. yep, lottery industry cheating is a concern. on large scale combinations it may be easy, but down at these small scale numbers, 0 - 9, it's a little harder to hide. we suspect if there is some cheat built in, the MN Lottery will either change it or they will just eliminate first digit betting altogether. kind of brings up images of a shady backroom gambling place and the roulette wheel is rigged; the guy presses the button under the table just as the ball is falling into your winning sl
