Dumbing Yourself Down To Win The Lotto
After watching a documentary entitled, The Curse Of The Lottery , I noticed that oftentimes the DUMBEST people are the big winners. I'm sure that you've all heard about the lottery winners who destroyed their own lives and the lives of others, after winning the jackpot in the lottery. After seeing all those ignorant winners, I realized why they call it dumb luck and why it had never happened for me. Perhaps i've never won because I am of average intelligence. Could dumbing yourself down

silly poll number 3
Fish oil is good. Glad to know it's helping. I got lazy and stopped cooking, but I should go back to making salmon a couple of times a week. I can't tolerate the supplements. Once I took a capsule and I could taste it all day and then I perspired and walked around smelling like a can of sardines. Another good thing to take, Pac, is an antioxidant specifically targeted at improving eye strength. For example, Lutien and Zeaxanthin have been clinically proven to aid in treating people with

How to Beat Powerball: And drastically reduce the odds (theory)...
No, what I mean is, you develop a 'system' that you use on a consistent basis, but it still is up to luck for it to increase your odds. If you have a system that has gotten you several 3x5's and 4x5's, then it will take luck to get those 1 or 2 other numbers. Or pure guesswork, which leads to the next thought: is guesswork luck in itself ? Your 'system' can be as basic as Not picking all the same numbers that hit in the last game, Not picking 1-2-3-4-5, Not picking ALL the longest shots o

$300. a day P/3 straight
That depends on what system or tools you'd be using,I suppose. You'd have to do a lot of backtesting and tracking to determine something like that. There's no way to put a percentage on increasing your odds because just when you think you've got something hot going on,it will go cold. It would fluctuate all the time. You will have to do a lot of homework, let's put it that way. And even after you've exhausted all possibilities, tools, systems, etc. you still may not win. That's the lottery! Or

High gas prices and lottery spending.
Yesterday I drove about 200 miles. I stopped for gas and put $43 in my Camry and it wasn't even near the E but I was traveling down a road that didn't look as if I'd see a station for a long time. So it's hard to answer, since I've already cut back. I voted No since I'll still always play my 4 combinations on Wed Sat until the end of time. However, I do agree that the rising prices of food and gas, along with the increase in my cable, phone and electricity bills (what about medical

Rolldown vs. Rollover
I don't think it would work. I'm not sure what you mean by special drawing. I prefer rollovers like the majority of people who voted here. Florida has a pick 5 game that is really a pick-4 and 1 megaball. (called MegaMoney) It begins at $500,000 and will continue to rollover until it reaches $2 million. Then if nobody hits the jackpot, it will roll down every Tue Fri until someone gets all 4 numbers plus the megaball. I don't mind that type of combination rollover/rolldown, but I'm gu

Who says you can't get a winner??
As you can see it doesn't for me... try it my way... high lite the whole area you want 9 decimal places after the decimal. I had to high lite my area, then click on the increase decimal sign a few times until I had 12 numbers showing. LottoLaughs.. I did miss a step.. the conversion to V-tracs... not sure how to impliment that into the spreadsheet. I am not familiar with formula implimentations where one can convert a 5 to a 0 or a 1 to a 6 etc. I wishI knew how that could be done as those

Ohio Lottery to begin Sunday draws in May
I too was surprised when I read that the legislators had voted for Sunday draws back in February, but terminals have been open on Sunday so it was inevitable. The Ohio Lottery website is usually updated within a half hour of the draw so it's much better than it was when we got a busy signal calling their 800 number. The Cleveland TV station scrolls the numbers at the bottom of the screen after the Evening draw but doesn't after the Midday draw. The Pick-10 Keno style game must have been purpo

Vancouver lottery winner loses in divorce case
I think it depends on the divorce agreement. If you have children and child support is based on income, then it makes sense that the State would increase the child support. That might be automatic in some cases. I don't think a ex-wife or ex-husband is entitled to any money won after the divorce is final unless the winner was behind in his/her obligations. Let's say 2 people agree to payoff their debts. If one falls behind because he used the money to gamble, I'd say the other has a pret
