Elwood Bunky Barlett
Yes, it was on the Yahoo home page. I sent a PM to Todd yesterday. I'm sure he'll post it, but maybe he needs to get permission to show the video or post the article on the board because of copyright issues. Not sure.

Britain's biggest lottery winner says jackpot ruined her life
(A) Pumpi, in Japan they use Yen which is entirely different. It says clearly in the article that she won the equivalent of $72 million American dollars. How can you believe that's not a lot of money anywhere in the world? You are being absurd. (B) Making wealth management MANDATORY as you suggest is a violation of privacy and few people would want to play the lottery if they were forced to attend classes on how to spend it. Like make sure you give $10 million to the Republican Party.

RE: Lottery winner followed careful spending plan
In the article I read he said he used a number system that he designed that not only picked his jackpot winning numbers but picked another line that also won a nice prize for the same drawing. Why would anyone pay him to say that? And who would even care if that's the only time it ever worked for him?

Fight over lottery ticket heads to court
Why? What does the guy who bought the ticket have to lose? If you buy a ticket for somebody else you already know who the ticket belongs to, and it isn't you. If you buy it for yourself, then not buying for somebody else wouldn't change anything. The real lesson here is never ask somebody to buy your tickets for you unless you're sure you can prove the ticket belongs to you. In this case there's apparently no dispute about who bought the ticket, but if Ford didn't buy it for Shakespeare, how

FLASH: Tennessee Lottery audit won't investigate drawing errors
You Know..I was just reading this article for the first time and a thought hit me..I was thinking maybe a small group could actually file a lawsuit against the Tennessee Lottery because of the vote...The Citizens of Tennessee voted the lottery in through a vote correct?..That gives the power to the people..they changed the draws without the PUBLICS PERMISSION therefore they violated the law it seems to me..the public voted it in so they should have the say so..not the state gov..they are just in

So you won the lottery.
I'd be curious to see it too. I ran Sudden Money Institute in Google and found their website: www.suddenmoney.com I also found this article at MSN that had some interesting info about coming into money suddenly, including some good tips: http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/RetirementandWills/EscapeTheRatRace/YoureSuddenlyRichBummer.aspx On another note, I wonder if this organization has ever done an interview or an article for LotteryPost? It might be informative if they did.

Question
I believe that Maxim did put out a joke article about cheating at state lotteries. That may be what you were thinking about. Try the April 1 issue.
