Math Police for State's using Computer Draws
onlymoney, I share the same views as you about the whole draw process, in general, and I've given other examples of how it seems like 'legalized cheating'. They absolutely tear up perfectly good machines which have already been quality inspected, passed, and signed on. Yet, before each official draw they start 'em up and draw combinations up to five times just to STILL DRAW AN OFFICIAL COMBINATION. Well, hell, what happened to the previous draws conducted with the same balls and machine? Null an

Prime Directive of Lottery Groups: GET IT IN WRITING!
Physical signed agreement from all parties.
Payment due before the draw, or you are not in the pool -- no exceptions.
Purchased combinations/numbers shared before the draw, so that no one can accuse you of cheating.
Call me cynical.

Have you ever been acused of cheating by a store clerk?
She's not considering that you are cheating. She's considering how you are winning. It's a common practice among those
that sell AND play...they want a tip without outright asking for one. But, if they can't get one being subtle, they are not against
becoming bold.
I'd play elsewhere...just like someone said above. Who needs that kind of attention? Do you really want to create a bond like that?
I sure in heck wouldn't.

NJ casino alleges famous poker player cheated in $9.6M win
From looking at the details provided so far, does not appear to be cheating per se.
It was more like a sting and easy to do because beginning in 2008, the AC casinos wanted any high roller action and to get it, changed some of the playing rules at the player's request. Don Johnson won over $5 million playing blackjack at Borgata after negotiating what appeared to be minor changes in the rules that actually gave him a mathematical edge.
The design on the back of the cards along with deali

Mathematics and the Lottery
I am not sure that it is cheaper. IT is not cheap, often it is not buying but renting software and paying repairs or changes. Real drawings requiring more paper? That you can automize like they did with the entire administration everywhere. Hardly anything still works on paper even if that is cheaper. Finally they often use more employees on systems that are set with too hard restrictions. Nobody knows anything. Drawings are always behind closed doors. If people are allowed to watch, there are
