After every single MIDDAY draw contains either a digit 5,,or 9 this many times .......it's considered an aggravated felony in P-3. When it goes over 10 draws in a row I feel like it's cheating . LOL This will end. We know that. When it does ....... just hang in their. These things don't last and we will be there ........yeah ......waiting. They're just making it hard on themselves. LOL This ain't Vegas...... there is no rule against progressive bets !

I believe the IRS says gamblers can deduct losses equal to the wins, provided they itemize and have proof of the losses. I don't spend $2700 per year on gambling. Therefore, I would have to search the trash cans for losing scratch tickets! Of course, that would be cheating. Not worth the risk. I'm happy with the larger share of a legitimate win.
