I have heard so many times that the Lottery is Rigged, sometimes I think it is because how could the same number come out twice, in one day! same exact number?

By having a random drawing to pick one combination out a 1000 possible combinations automatically eliminate the other 999 combinations. It's not rocket science, just because the numbers picked aren't the ones you picked doesn't make the game rigged.

so one of the 11 people that live in SD won...they sure do win a lot up there...I know if I won it the first thing I'd do is move from SD...well maybe not...probably peaceful....betcha it was a retired someone who got a quickpick at the last minute blah blah blah..these things HAVE to be rigged (obviously because i didn't win..)

I don't either Money Mann, the NC lottery is rigged for sure, it isn't like the lotteries when I lived in NJ or PA, I hit much more than this. I hardly hit in NC, it is much harder to win here.

That is a low payout, other states pay MUCH MORE than that. I used to play in NJ and PA and usually numbers that come out in those states haven't come out here in NC yet. The lottery here is rigged for sure.

Tennessee Lottery shortfall requires reservesReply
I have quit playing any Tennessee Cash 3, Cash 4 or Lotto Plus because of the computerized drawings. All drawing are rigged even the lottery officials say they aren't. I also hope the Tennessee lottery keeps losing money because I live within 8 miles from Georgia. Tennessee and Rebecca can take their lottery and .....well you know the rest.

Very true Kidzmom!!! These numbers are repeating too much, the NC lottery is rigged for sure!!! And they only do it because they don't want to pay out as much on the jackpots!!!!

NC is back on that Bull???? again, this is the 3rd time they can't seem to put there number out on time. I guess that's what happens when the drawings are rigged. And a word of advice for everyone happy about the pick 4 game, if they hold certain numbers from coming for years in pick 3 which only pays $500 top prize, you can bet they'll be alot of numbers changed to prevent you from winning $5000. And for all the numbers that still haven't showed check the predraws and you'll find them.

Right on. I'm very shocked to see 700 pay out that much, even with the sum thing. I'm really thinking rigged now. I wonder will the regular low pays follow, or will some medicore upwards pays come in the next few days. I see South Carolina dropped triple 4's.
