Ok, hope you guys can follow me here. I'm no math person but I need to know if this is true. Numbers from the previous draw frequently appear in the next draw. Usually 1, sometimes 2, and once in a few months, 3. You need 15 tickets to make sure you cover any combination of 2 of the previously drawn 6 numbers.
