Bought a comprehensive p-3 lottery system for 10 bucks
The Pick3/4 games are a completely different ball game but, again, are any of these authors cleaning up on Pick3/4? If so, why hasn't the lottery commission come out and banned the book(s) as they'd go broke if such a publication was accurate and allowing an unprecedented number of players across the nation to consistently win with ease every single day. 99% of people want a system that works, handed to them on a platter. Can Somebody PM Me The PDF (Or Scans) For Gail Howard's Lottery Master Guide?

How exactly are lottery scratchers numbered in CA
No, I was referring to multiplying the book number by 30. If the first number is the book number you would multiply by 30 because in your example there were 30 tickets per book. In Michigan and a lot of other states the numbers on the bottom are xxx-xxxxxxxx-xxx with the first set being the game number and the second set being the book number and the third set is the ticket number in that particular book. So in a lot of states You multiply the overall odds by the overall number of prize
