Landmark bill would ban computerized lottery drawings in Delaware
Quote: Originally posted by DoctorEw220 on January 21, 2005i sent a nice, long e-mail to the PA lottery about how they can easily cut costs by video-taping the mid-day drawings and uploading them to the website instead of televising them. that way, they need not pay money to TV stations to broadcast them, but they still have live, authentic, vidoe-taped drawings, but the players can view the draw on the website instead of the TV. the sales would go up, and the lottery still wouldn't pay as much

state thats most likely rigged
Live television broadcasts are not actually live; they use a fifteen-second time delay, and it's not uncommon for one frame to freeze when the signal is temporarily lost. This happened just last year when the movie Failsafe was remade with George Clooney (the balck-and-white original, with Henry Fonda as the president, was much better, in my opinion). That was a live broadcast, and toward the end of the performance, the program froze on a single frame for about twenty seconds.

Missouri Goes To Computer Generated Draws
Here is the reply I received from the Missouri lottery, they pretty much repeat the press release to justify their actions as if I hadn't read it. Please take a minute to visit http://www.molottery.state.mo.us/ and use the contact form to let them know these fake drawings are not wanted by real lottery players. BobPDear Randy: (Yup, even got my name wrong.)Thank you for your concerns and comments, I am sorry you feel sostrongly about the computerized drawings. I would like to take thisopportu

I heard BC bud works best especially when broadcasting ; what's your opinion?I think that the altered state requirement for some methods is bull... I don't think this sounds like a full blown astral projection exercise... just a direct transmission. The trick will be learning to recieve the broadcast.

Powerball TV game ending after 4 seasons
CASH Only -When's the last episode? I figured you were talking about the Instant Millionaire show that's broadcast from Vegas, but I couldn't find any press releases or any news about it going off the air. I know DC is dropping out of it, but I figured it was their decision instead of the show going off the air.plnwebguy

Did Anyone See Powerball Drawing Feb 21 ?
No, I haven't heard anything about a problem with the Powerball drawing. Then again, I don't receive that broadcast in my area, so I couldn't have seen it for myself. It may have been that your local TV station experienced some kind of problem (instead of the lottery itself).

Acting lottery director Michael Edmonds says all lottery profits will be directed toward property tax relief.Edmonds said the broadcasts will stop as of Jan. 1. Drawings will continue to be monitored by Capitol Police and an independent auditing
