It's only cheating if they did something illegal to get and/or use the information. If they hacked into a computer to steal the code, or plant code of their own to make certain numbers come up. Or paid a lottery employee to do something illegal. Or printed tickets after the draw and somehow found a way to make the lottery computers say they were winners. That's cheating. However, if they got the numbers from a vision, or time travel, or math then it's not cheating.

I hate when casinos do that. I mean they make you feel like you did something wrong when you win. Take for instance blackjack these days. I mean you kinda learn how to count cards and they consider that cheating. HOW???? Its part of the game isn't it? And I mean having a little calculator that tells you were the ball could possible drop thats cheating too? And you can get arrested for that? Darn you take the houses edge down a little bit and they arrest you. That calculator wasn't 100%

If I really believed TX Lottery was cheating players, I wouldn't spend another dollar. If a player really believes his or her state lottery is cheating players, but that player keeps buying lottery tickets, such a player is mentally not all there .

Exact repeats from Jan 31, I know that the lottery is a legitimate ponzi scheme, but come on, they'll punish both retailers customers alike for cheating, but they do it on a daily basis, theres NO way that random numbers should be falling like this, but let them tell it their system is checked against any fraudulent activity, the people watching are paid by the people they're watching, yep couldn't nothing go wrong with their system, the cheating can only go on as long as the consumer allows it,

So this former employee was talking about this neighborhood liquor store who scan the all the the scratch off tickets for winning tickets and keep them and leave the loosing tickets for lottrey players to buy.. i dont buy scratch offs do you ? May be i ineed to buy my scratch of from meijers or 7 eleven ??
