Knucklehead as I recall you use the other spreadsheet so adjust accordingly. I'm not good enough to combine a countif and an if/and statement. Taken this from Pick 4 Excel by DiamondPalace Separate your 4 digit number to columns B,C,D,E Paste this in column I 5 to I 14 =COUNTIF($B$1:$B$20,H5) Do the same for C,D,E in columns M,R W or select your own columns. Change the B to C,D E in their pasted columns (M,R,W) Hope it works for you GW
