Another interesting indicator to factor in would be the product of the previous day's average minus close (I was going to say open minus close but as I've mentioned, the open has an artificial element hence perhaps an average would be more appropriate) and the volume to see if there's an overall consumer based momentum. Delta in tha' house!! Now, we're gettin' somewhere!! Higher payouts would most definitely be embraced. I've said many times that the states should have a true online wagering system where players could simply enter their numbers with their laptops (desktops). This is convenience for the player as opposed to standing in line trying to play their numbers...especially if a player wants to play a large set of numbers.
