Hmmm, you're saying some poeple commit fraud through these programs.
I'm saying there would not be any fraud in the program if there was no program to commit fraud in.
Before FDR's New Deal , people who needed assistance went to the local church or went about looking for work.
Direct need, direct work, direct help. Fraud didn't continue years and years.
The same applies to medical care, elderly care, and nearly anything else that has a 'before' and 'after' of gov't oversight.

The man who cracked the lottery
Crime story: A recounting of the biggest lottery scandal in history
The file landed on Rob Sand's desk with something less than a thud. Despite holding the contents of an investigation still open after more than two years, the file was barely half an inch thick. Happy birthday, his boss said.
It was not Rob Sand's birthday. His boss, an Iowa deputy attorney general named Thomas H. Miller, was retiring in July 2014 after nearly three decades of prosecuting everything from murder to fraud. H

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
I'm starting to wonder about your intelligence because some of the comments you make are just plain stupid.
I'm satisfied with the outcome.
But Stein and the Green Party are not satisfied and using their legal option to ask for recounts.
Why just Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin?
You really ought to have someone explain election laws to you because you don't have a clue. Stein has the legal right to ask for recounts in any or all states as long as it's paid for. That doesn't

By now, most people who use e-mail on a regular basis are quite familiar with the word spam and what it looks like in their e-mail in-box. If it wasn't frustrating enough to sort through and fill your trash with junk (postal) mail every day or answer unsolicited telemarketing calls during the dinner hour, now these nuisances and fraudulent schemes have found a new way into our homes and offices through e-mail.According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), consumers in the United States an
