Looks like someone stole my story of a false relative claim. Not buying it. An alleged relative would have no claim to a life insurance payout unless they were named as a beneficiary so a DNA test would never be needed. It would be a moot issue. So all that would be needed would be to tell the person to go to you know where. And one cannot look up life insurance paperwork and claims. Who came up with, and who voted to approve this law? This wasn't a loan. And if they approved for this type of recompense, then why only on lottery winnings? If he'd gotten a job and was given a $10,000 bonus, or received an inheritance, or had penny stocks suddenly turn a massive profit, would those have been garnished?
