it be hard to win on 5 ball drawings
these so-called odds of 300 million to 1 are bs. the true odds of winning are really 50-50, either i win or i don't.

Lottery odds by removing combinations?
Back in the day when all pick 5, 5 + 1, and 6 tickets were a $1, played abbreviated wheels that included eliminating numbers and obviously the combos they are in. My favorite was a 14 number 3 if 4 wheel with 19 lines I used playing Ohio's 5/39 Rolling Cash game. Winning the jackpot meant none of the 25 numbers I wasn't using could be drawn.
A full 14 number pick 5 wheel has 2002 combinations so the odds of one of those combos being drawn are 2002 divided by the total of the 575,757 possibl

New Craps Table
Decided to play craps at a Southern Indiana casino and on the come out roll the shooter rolled 3 but the dealer didn't take my $10 pass line bet. Tried to put down another pass line bet and dealer said I could put up to 10 times odds on the point 3 . I said huh because on normal crap tables, 2, 3, and 12 loss when rolled on the come out roll. Found out it was a crap less crap table .
The table layout had all the number with the exception of 7 added to the 4,5,6,8,9,10 found on normal tables.

Pennsylvania Lottery releases its own Cash Pop draw game
I misstated something from the PAlottery website yesterday. I said the odds of getting a possibility of a $250 prize on a $1 bet was 15,000 to 1. The odds for that are actually 1,000 to 1. When you factor in the 15 possible numbers, that's where the 15,000 to 1 comes from.
In case anybody finds this useful, here are the bet amounts and the prize ranges.
$1 bet, prize range $5 to $250
$2 bet, prize range $10 to $500
$5 bet, prize range $25 to $1,250
$10 bet, prize range $50

Lottery Post's guide to 2024 holiday raffles across the USA
Annual holiday raffles making a comeback this year
Update: Montana Lottery Montana Millionaire raffle tickets sell out in just three hours
By Kate Northrop
With the holidays ahead, this marks the time of year when state lotteries across the U.S. start amping up excitement for their own annual raffles, many of which offer the best odds at winning a million dollars compared to any other game offered in-state. For that reason alone, it's no wonder many raffles sell out so quickly.

Is there any method or system that can an predict the first digit that will fall in Pick 3
Agreed.
People often equate odds and probability even though technically they are not exactly the same. Odds is just easier because it's one syllable. Probability has more letters and five syllables.
So, with Pick 3, the traditional way to describe odds of winning with a single ticket is 1:999, and with a second ticket, it is 2:998. You can reduce 2:998 to 1:499.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
both tickets are still up against odds of more than 292.2 million to one.
No, each ticket is up against odds of 292 million to one. Both tickets are up against odds of 146.1 million to one. Besides, ...
Those who refuse to lay out $5 for a ticket that could win millions are outrageous.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
If the Mega Millions jackpot rolls four more times, it will break the 36 roll record for Mega Millions.
The odds the jackpot is won in the next draw is about 3.3%. Lets say the odds for each of the next fours draws averages out to 3.5%, then the odds the jackpot rolls at least 4 more times is about 87%.
The Powerball record is 41 rolls.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Considering 189,977,424 $5.00 MM combos won't match one number or the bonus number, playing games like Lucky for Life, Cash Ball 225 and Texas Two Step gives more chances to actually win something. For the same $5 the 10,000 to 1 odds of winning $25,000 playing pick 4 is much better than the 893,761 to 1 MM odds of matching 4 + 1 to win at least $10,000 depending on what the multiplier is. Granted the prize could be $100,000 but that doesn't change the odds.
It should be obvious why MUSL bel
