Just saw this after I posted on the same topic. I noticed it today while just seeing what numbers were coming out in states other than FL. I was shocked. Any student of the games knows this is beyond abnormal. I can't imagine what DC players think. Definitely looks like an inside job. And its the only simple way to fix the game with favorable odds guaranteeing tax-free prizes.

Odds are for future unknown events. Odds have no meaning for past events. If you are trying to prove their drawings are not random, you need way more than 16 drawings for a statistical proof. Pick 5 hasn't been around long enough for that amount of data. After 100 years of drawings then you can do statistical tests.
