Ncel - North Carolina - No Play Day - October 1St, 2015
I'm not sure I understand what you're protesting. North Carolina has FIXED payout amounts for various prizes in Pick 3 and Pick 4, which is the most generous way a lottery can payout these games. It means that the lottery will payout the prize they promised -- even if they lose money on it. So if you're protest is about Pick 3 and/or Pick 4, I definitely think there is nothing less than fair about the N.C. Lottery. If the payouts were low in one particular week, then that means people were

Pennsylvania lottery winners to be taxed for the first time
They are across the board raising state sales tax. Stop digging into my pockets! So fed up with Govt taking things at liberty. How can we as state citizens protest this tax? We do have a say I hope? I'm taxed if I make a profit, I am taxed if I buy gas, I am taxed to death...(yup even upon death you are taxed, go figure LOL!)

Canadian man loses $27 million lottery jackpot by 7 seconds
If the lottery sold the ticket, which they did, they should honour it. Players in Quebec should boycott Loto-Quebec in protest and subscribe to other lotteries instead I only play by subscription, I never buy tickets in a store.

Post your scratch ticket results
I agree but I think it started getting bad 4 years ago, lol. And after games like BWS, Money Money Money, Cash Fever, and Pure Gold were over, there were more losers, smaller wins, and longer losing streaks/uneven rolls. I have done my own protest by only buying a ticket every now and then - did win $25 on Monopoly today. Got that ticket around Reading. Only won 3 times on Monopoly total and all in the 40s - #044, #044 again, and today #047. Will try a few new ones and get some spree for my b

COMPUTERIZED DRAWING GLITCH STRIKES ARIZONA LOTTERY
I've written a few times on LP before that I don't like computers either. All I'm saying is that they shouldn't do pre tests with balls or computers, that's all. Legions of people like me? Like If I protest, they'll listen to me? Ok, lol

Powerball ticket worth $338 million sold in N.J.
Wrong, regardless of what lobbyist do, they cannot guarantee that that politician will be re-elected. Consumers and citizens still have far more power than you might believe. Recent examples are support for Chik-fil-A and Hobby Lobby. Another is for pressuring Congress to remove Feinstein's firearm ban proposal from the upcoming gun control bill. The truth is anyone has the ablility to move up the ladder in our great nation, but that depends soley on how hard you are willing to work for it.

Florida woman hits for $10M on lottery scratch-off
well it seems that marital status, whereas engaged and other statuses of other winners are listed... is relevant or at least seemingly lacking protest from people here. So, perhaps saying wife was with respect to what the winner referred to her lifepartner/family (or generic pc term to avoid offense to the public) as, and that including Florida's stance to avoid the angry mobs that don't agree with her choice of wording or definitions due to the laws of the state... and likely also the complaint

Texas All or Nothing Prizes Too Small??
Yeah, we may have a problem here. I can see where Ireland's payouts for the game reflected on their economic abilities to run it based on efficiency. Well, obviously if they cancelled the game, then it wasn't doing very well at all and maybe players began to complain and protest it. From what I can see, they need to get rid of drawing (12) numbers altogether. The more I think about it, it's tough to match or miss all (12) numbers for a top prize here. It sounded good in the beginning but, I'l
