l can Bet my life that it is not a quick pick except one condition .And that condition is if the first one was a quick pick and he manually made a duplicate of that quick pick then that is possible because he created the opportunity but however it is impossible for both tickets to be quick pick from the same store . Quick Pick
Lottery players, especially Georgia, I bought a quick pick this morning, told the cashier to give me a quik pick 50 cents box, and it popped out 888. The cashier stated that he pressed box . This has happened before. Just FYI. Usually when I buy a quick pick, that quick pick number will come about two to three days later. GOOD LUCK
