Nice try! A vending machine won't be able to tell you which book number it gives you from a ticket. But you can scout other people playing a ticket in vending machine either by the garbage or by looking at the ticket the guy brought. Another option is to buy 1 and check for yourself. There are so many retailers you won't need to buy it from a lottery machine. Book are not released in order but they are released in 10,000 which is in order. NJ Lottery announces new evening draw times and other changes

For example, quotes from executives can come directly from the press release, because that's how quotes are released. Other aspects might be the same. But overall everything goes through a sanity check

This month Caixa is starting to release the cities of winners.
This month, Caixa Econ mica Federal (The Bank that has the lottery games in Brasil) started to release the cities and states of the Jackpot winners! On previous draws, only the information about the states was available on the Internet.
Probably their will release all the cities for the new winners on every type of game.
Obviously, without a mention of the personal names.

This Change is Bad
I would think it is a little bit time consuming to write these up in two languages for each game, but come on. All they were doing was basically copying and pasting the results from the game pages, formating them for a press release, and then adding the winner locations and quickpick information. The problem was that they didn't just write one press release that covered every game, they wrote a separate press release for each game, and Fantasy 5 runs each day.
