Illinois Pick 3 Computer
Only the Illinois lottery would know how their RNG is seeded and what the formula is to generate numbers from the seed. You could email them, but I think it's considered proprietary technology not subject to public disclosure laws. Just think, if they disclosed it publicly all the mathematicians would reverse engineer it. It may be that even the lottery doesn't know because they got their RNG from a third party vendor.

The Amish are a group of traditionalist Christian church fellowships with Swiss German Anabaptist origins. They are closely related to, but distinct from, Mennonite churches. The Amish are known for simple living, plain dress, and reluctance to adopt many conveniences of modern technology.

What happens when Michigan lottery retailers try to game the system
Perhaps the 3D barcode took care of this problem. Not sure wish state it was but they'd scratch a tiny line across, scan the ticket and losers would go back in the mix. With 3D technology that way of cheating out the window! Thanks for clarifying it.

World Lottery Association president urges veto of warning labels
Out of curiosity I found an old CA draw game ticket and measured. Ticket is 3 1/4 inches wide and the Play Responsibly strip going down the side is 3/8 inches wide. It takes up 11.5% of the ticket, which is surprising to me because it seems like a lot less just eyeballing it. In the event the governor signs the bill, I think the art department of International Game Technology (the company that prints FL's scratch-offs) will figure it out.

Florida Lottery will go offline for systems upgrade on April 15
Florida Lottery officials say they don't anticipate problems as a multimillion-dollar upgrade of a vending system goes into place this month.
But rather than press their luck, players are urged to buy earlier than normal as the new system is expected to require the main office to go offline for several hours April 15.
The vast majority of the upgrade will occur overnight on the 15th, causing minimal inconvenience, lottery spokeswoman Keri Nucatola said. Still, we are encouraging our frequ

Kansas Lottery installs new gaming system
Includes video report
By Todd Northrop
The Kansas Lottery's new, advanced central gaming system is now live at more than 1,700 Kansas Lottery retailers across the state. This follows a successful conversion by the Lottery's new technology partner Scientific Games as part of an overall plan to responsibly increase returns to the State of Kansas. The Lottery's data transfer and official switch-over from the old systems technology took place July 29.
Careful planning started more than

Are repeat Wisconsin Lottery winners playing fair?
Maybe technology will catch up on scratch tickets preventing this? IDK, it seems like a yet invented something or other could prevent this from happening. No matter what comes up always someone who can figure out how to beat it.

Florida Pick 2 Could Be Rigged
I been playing the lottery for over 22 years and I know I don't have to think it's rigged or they know what numbers have been played before the drawings. The balls can be rigged with all this modern technology anything is possible.

Russian slot machine hackers add new targets, group told
Mechanical ball drawings is the long and short of it. Preferrably without those 'hacking pre/post-tests' also. These Russians are running rampant with their cyber technology...which they actually warned us about not very long ago. Will post the information in the blogs later. This is serious.
