Does anyone use the lottery machines to check if you have winning tickets?Reply
I don't trust those machines. I check my tickets myself 100 percent of the time because of something that happened to me about a year ago. I had played a single line so checking the numbers was going to be a breeze. Store-specific lottery ticket paper?
Today while getting a Powerball ticket at a Quick Trip, I asked why their fast-processing machine wasn't working yesterday. The clerk said it was because the machine ran out of paper, and they had to wait on the lottery service to deliver more paper that was specific for that store. What I found interesting is that the clerk said the paper was store specific. Maybe as fraud prevention in case someone figures out how to thermally print a fake ticket after a draw?

So..... I never add the EZ Match option, but I won $3.00 with it yesterday. When I bought my tickets yesterday, something went wrong when the clerk ran one of my play slips through the machine.
