For the Arkansas lottery to increase revenue from year to year, the lottery's director told commissioners Wednesday that they will have to approve the use of ticket-vending machines.
Director Ernie Passailaigue said businesses are seeking ways to cut labor costs, and automating the lottery is an important way to boost sales and help vendors save money.

Amount of Numbers Played?
Well...Jordans, I doubt you are the reason you've had no responses yet but think it's the subject. Maybe a bit touchy for some, confusing
for others and turn-offish for still others.
#1. Some players have a knack for seeing what is coming and stick with the numbers they play...that might be 1 or 2 and it might be 10.
#2. Some have their favorites and stick with them, changing them when one shows up....their mix might consist of a handful (4) to 10.
#3. Some rely on hunches, feel

The plan comes even though the Republican-controlled Legislature has yet to give final approval to plans to cut about $300 million in state aid to education and welfare-agency funds.
That effort stalled Thursday when two GOP lawmakers refused to go along with a piece of the package to let state agenc

The general system idea here is a combination of my calculations, and a spin off on the Vtracs system. However, I want to keep the cost low ($5-$10 / day) so it's realistic while hopefully boosting the odds a bit. It's not going to be a millionaire-maker, but will be fun to play out and with some luck (
