I'm testing this strategy to help come up with the minimum standards for the new Level 7 that I'm still brainstorming at the moment. My spidey sense is tingling. I'm going to go ahead and make this a full forecast. I'm going to simply make this a 10 combo any order forecast. Winning with =10 any order combos at a significantly high frequency is unheard of. This forecast won on the 2nd drawing of the forecast when 962 was drawn for the 3/29 VA day drawing! Strategy used: 3 Pairs NH@100 (three pairs that have Not Hit within the previous 100 drawings).
