There are 2 main questions here: 1 Were the people who used large 6 figure bets to win during rolldown periods cheating? The answer is a flat NO. They played within the game rules and anyone from the general public with the funds and knowledge of how the game works could have placed the same bets they did. (they are not responsible for vendors who didnt follow rules) 2 Was the lottery correct to change the rules, making it difficult (discriminating against) high volume customers?

What don't you understand? You need to go back and read the orginal article again. They were greedy and cheating.... The stores were sent letters in advance to not violate the rules for the big spenders. They were so greedy they did it anyway, hence why they got suspended. So because everyone didn't violate a lot of rules, it's their stupidty?

It boils down to anyone can sue anybody for anything but they have to convince a jury. This jury will probably hear the Texas Lottery acted irresponsible by not having the amount won by the player visible in plain sight to the customer and/or that the clerk is indirectly employed by the lottery. I Agree with this short and simple answer. It comes down superstition. You already planted a seed that if you post it will not be drawn Therefore it does not matter if you post or not. If its gonna Hit its gonna Hit. But I still feel that there is some sort of manipulation with the drawings. I am not saying outright cheating, but I do consider tube rotations, ball set changes etcc a sort of manipulation. They wouldn't do it if it was in the players favor. Thanks

The basic fundamental question is : why doctor with the outcome of events based on multiple draws? Should there really be that many pre-draws? Basically what NCEL does is that they HIDE data to render pick 3 software ineffective . So,is this cheating? I think it is.

Now Jordan, think about it...as I've said before we all know...there is a machine with balls in it with air blowing around then which ever one is near the hole blows out gets to be the first no. etc. so it's very possible that we're going to get numbers that fall like they have lately because this has happened before and it will happen again....remember all those 8's that time?
