All the live draws arent exactly live as we are led to believe ....they are taped....with all those pre-draws it seems as if the state lotteries can release what combination they want that has the lowest amount of payout.... I doubt they can do that having an independent audit agency certify the draws.

The state lotteries could basically release any combination that they wanted to given that they have 4 or more pre-draws to choose from....this would also insure that they wouldnt be losing any money in the process. Pre-draws are a means of busting up trends and keeping people in the dark as to what structures are missing and what are not for what would be the purpose of having pick3 software to begin with.

I have a request in for the pre/post draws for December. Below was their response. I don't understand the 2 week lag???? Thank you for your email. Please submit your request in writing to include full name, mailing address, contact telephone number, and the game name and dates in which you are requesting pre/post draw results. Please be aware that pre/post draw results are not available for release until 2 weeks after the actual draw. Thank you for playing.

Two words: Inadequate Testing Any time new or updated software is released, thorough testing in a real time environment is mandatory. If they would have run adequate test runs they would have discovered the problem. As is often the case with modern software projects, poor quality control and inadequate testing results in unforseen errors that should have be caught and fixed before release.

Thanks, and yeah defintely when you don't have power in the cold, it's makes you thankful for it. Yeah I never knew that info was available I always wondered about how many people won, etc. They should release that info on the site.

The system does know every combination that is bought so in theory they could pick and choose just what combination that they want to release that has the lowest amount of payout in relationship to their pre-draw numbers that are conducted ahead of the final drawing that is released to the public. in other words it is very easy to screw over the players and not get caught in the process and i have yet to see an honest politician when it comes to money.

Success stories are usually interesting to read. I remember a story where someone won over $250,000 in the Florida Lottery's Play 4 game several years ago. The winner bet a lot of tickets on one number (some boxed and some straight) and that number came in. If I recall the press release from the lottery website, they had to process each winning ticket separately and the winner had to come back the following day to finish all the ticket claims.
