How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?Reply
I don't think the Wisconson Badger game is rigged, I just think there's a lot of repeating patterns. Besides who benefits from the rigging? Lotteries don't have to rig thier games since they clearly have the advantage. Also one can use the repeating patterns to ones advantage no?

a friend has once told me that all the winners come from smaller counties and not the larger counties. the larger counties have the most money and are always going to play. trying to boost sales in the smaller counties with those counties winning. i wouln't shead a tear about losing the lottery if it is rigged... my money would go back to va..

I didnt mean rigged like the lottery was behind it. I just meant predictable which it isnt supposed to be. The odds are SUPPOSED to be 1:180,000,000 or whatever it is to win Powerball. Not less than 1:50,000. The odds should be 1:36 to win a prize, not 1:3. If everyone used my system, in the long run, the players would be +EV versus the house and the jackpots would never increase.

Quick Picks Are NOT Random
If you believe quick picks are truely random then please stop reading here. I can prove quick picks are biased and rigged a certain way. The only real way the lotteries could produce 100% unbiased random numbers via the quick pick is by using thermal noise as an entropy source, which they dont.

ok this is what i dont understand about you...you always thought this game is rigged...yet you continue to play it...this tells me that you are not sure...is there any logic to this action on your part? why would you participate in something that you think is manipulated?

for your information, I have always thought it was rigged. Anyone here that knows me, knows that. It really doesn't have anything to do with the three mb's in a row. Although it isn't hurtin' my theories any. Sorry if that offends you in some sick way., but it isn't your money I'm spending.

i feel the same way to about it being rigged. i saw on the ncel website where they had the most sales ever ( in one day ). it topped the last record by 30%. if this is true then why are there not a lot of winners during midday then ? things that make you go hummmm

thanks mike for the link...wow what a story....their plan looked perfect (a triple is a popular number, they traveled around buying tickets, rigged 2 balls (4,6) to not draw suspicion).... but glad they got caught...that phone call to the drawing studio was a stupid mistake on their part otherwise this could have actually worked

Hey I was actually watching when I saw 11 fall and then the screen went blank. But, I could still hear the guy announcing the numbers which were 53 so the number was 1153. However, he had this stupid look on his face when the screen came back on. And, the next day the number was totally different. I had been told that the lottery is rigged and they pick what they want to fall, now I am a believer..
